This Sunday 6pm, 10th June, Ayaan Hirsi Ali will be on the ABC radio program The Spirit of Things with Rachael Kohn (repeated Tuesday 1pm and Wednesday 2am).



She is accused of hatred of Islam, but the Somali-born former Dutch parliamentarian, Ayaan Hirsi Ali speaks out about the abuses she and other women and children suffer under the strict rules and customs of Islam. After making a film with Ayaan about Islam, Theo van Gogh the Dutch film maker was murdered by a Muslim man who warned Ayaan would be next. Ayaan speaks with Rachael Kohn at a sold-out Sydney Writers Festival event.
