A note to commenters

It's not good form to cut and paste entire articles into a comment. Whilst your comments are appreciated, please try to do two things:

1. Include the web address from where you are quoting (e.g. www.whatever.com)
2. Just copy a paragraph or two or three of the relevant section, not the whole article.
   

That way you don't infringe too much on copyright. And the information is more likely to be read if you highlight the salient points.
